We have built our own Shrimp Hatchery, Feed Production, Shrimp Processing, and Cold Chain storage and distribution facilities. This gives us firm control from beginning to end, ensuring delivery on our promise of quality, safety, and consistency.
Stability in shrimp procurement is achieved through a diversified geographical network of contract farming, and farmers spread across India’s coastal states of Odisha, West Bengal, and Andhra Pradesh.
While marine exports is our main focus, we have diversified into domestic retail marketing of fresh and frozen seafood, aqua feed, real estate, and agro-processing, becoming the largest conglomerate in Odisha, India.

The FALCON MARINE PRODCT PORTFOLIO consists of about 150 varieties of meticulously processed, top-notch shrimp products, packaged to perfection.
All our products align with international quality standards. They are made from carefully selected shrimps, raised by trained and experienced farmers in closely monitored aquaculture ponds in coastal West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, and Odisha.
The shrimp harvest is transported to our high-tech processing facilities, with several processing lines for Individually Quick Frozen (IQF), Plate Freezing, and Cooking, allowing for the simultaneous processing of multiple orders with different specifications.
