SUSTAINABILITY
FALCON GROUP maintains itself as a sustainable enterprise by transforming the entire value chain, from the supply of raw materials to product processing, operations, sales and marketing, to be viable, grow and earn a profit.
FALCON GROUP recognizes the economic and social aspirations of people inside and outside the organization on whom the enterprise depends, as well as the impact on the natural environment.
RESPONSIBLE & SUSTAINABLE AQUACULTURE DEVELOPMENT
Aquaculture plays a significant role in global food security and nutrition. It creates employment, supports coastal communities, and contributes to economic growth.
At FALCON MARINE, we take a long term view of what we do, its impact on the environment and on the communities we work with.
On our farms, we seek to promote aquatic farming ecosystems that use resources rationally, preserving and enhancing the natural and social environments in which they are situated.
Our farms and factories are integrated to deliver both economic and social profit, with a smaller carbon-nitrogen footprint, and reduced wastage.
Human Resource Development and Capacity Building are essential pathways to sustainability. We therefore engage in regular and need-based skills training, educating, and providing technical advice and support at all our farms.
